It's time for me to share about one of my Eternal Encouragement experiences. I received the January newsletter in my inbox and opened it up to read. I'm Excited and I hope you will be too.. Enjoy! So today I will share the e-book Organizing Happiness.
I have heard it said that “7” is God’s favorite number. God never stated this unequivocally but there are more than 700 references to the number “7” in the Bible. From the Seven days of Creation to the Seven Days of Revelation, Scripture is saturated with the number seven. In fact, to even attempt to list all of them would require … seven pages!
Of course there are some more things that support “7” as a special number. God said it takes seven times seven to repair our wrongs. He created seven main planets and He created the universe in seven days. And of course, you’ve heard of the seven Gates of Heaven and “Seventh Heaven.
”I hope that you enjoy this little book of “sevens” and that you are blessed by it seven times seven.
Mrs. Lorrie Flem
I learned a lot be reading this book. I'm pretty good at organizing.. But There is always room for improvement. I keep up with 2 households mine and my in laws. My husband and I take care of his elderly parents. I am organized most of the time. We have gotten appointments mixed up, forgotten. prescriptions lost or not refilled. We have all been there. But we have come along way too!..
“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Acts 2:21
We have no reason to be discouraged or fear! God Himself will help us with the training, education,
and creation of new habits in the lives of our children and ourselves – habits that will last a lifetime
and make you happier! Mrs. Lorrie Flem

August 2011
We are having a blast! We started volunteering on the Austin Steam Association every other weekend. It is a fun way to spend a weekend!
Our garden did not survive the heat this year. But at least it lasted till the end of July. Sandra is looking into getting a hoop house kit so that we can start the garden during the winter and have it finished by early summer.

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year! We are looking forward to the New Year and all the exciting activities that are heading our way.
Bo and Luke are a year old now. Wow! they are big boys now. There favorite activites are Sleeping, Doggy Treats and being chased in the yard.
Our garden is in the process of getting ready for spring. We are adding new plants, berries and fruits. We are hoping all our fruits and vegetables will do very well this year. With the time we spent reading books, studying magazines and all the back breaking work. We are keeping our fingers crossed for a successful garden.
Sandra is getting her canning list together for some canning now and when the garden is ready. She is digging through all her booking and pulling the best recipes from last year and adding new recipes to try.
She is hoping to coordinate the canning with her cooking recipes in hopes to cut the grocery bill even more than what she has. Her goal is to only buy what you cannot make, to keep the grocery bill for 4 adults at 80.00 every two weeks.
We added two homesteading items to our homestead this year. We added a wood burning stove and a cast iron bath tub with claw feet. Steffon already refinished the stove and we have enjoyed it several times. The Tub will need a professional finish and we hope to get that done soon. Both will be in full use on our future farm.
Our Christmas was wonderful! We spent it with our family's and enjoyed all the good cooking, visiting.
